Terry Laudal retired from his position as SVP, Human Resources, for SAP’s Global Field Operations,
where he served in that capacity for several years. In this position he reported to the CEO and to the
President of Global Field Operations.
During Terry’s tenure, he was responsible for providing the human resources solutions and services to meet
the needs of over 30,000 employees worldwide in the customer-facing sales and services businesses, as
well as all corporate functions. He was accountable for developing and implementing the human capital
strategy to attract, develop and retain the most knowledgeable, professional and consistently high-performing

Terry started with SAP in 2002 and has an extensive background of international HR experience. Prior to
joining SAP, he served as senior vice president of human resources at eSchoolMall, an internet software
company in the e-procurement space. Previously, he worked at Unisys in a series of cross-functional and
progressively responsible HR leadership positions, including Global Vice President of resource planning
and recruiting, and Vice President, HR for both North America, and Pacific Asia-Americas.
Today, Terry is providing consulting services to organizations looking to build and scale for high growth
and superior results. In addition, he is a Coach for executives looking for guidance and support in building
productive personal developmental plans.
Terry holds an MBA from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Concordia
Mahesh Nagaraj has been an operating executive in the IT and Business Services sector
with over 22 years of experience. He has created, acquired and led businesses in Telecom, Financial services,
Hi-Tech and Power sectors serving global customers like BT Global Services, Deutsche Bank, Cisco, ALU,
Motorola, etc. Mahesh has led multimillion dollar businesses with P & L responsibility. The largest
being a $ 250 Mil p.a., technology and business transformation business. He has led teams of upto 5,000
people in Consulting, Product Engineering (R & D), Application Development, Business Process Operations
and Investment Banking Operations in his multifaceted career till date.
He has been part of several pioneering acquisitions including leading on the post-acquisition integration
of Mahindra Satyam with Tech Mahindra, with combined revenues of $ 2.5 billion. Mahesh has been involved
in several turnaround situations and been responsible for several change management initiatives. Mahesh
is passionate about Lean initiatives and has led several black belt teams delivering savings in hundreds
of million dollars
Mahesh is a Post Graduate in Management from IIM Calcutta, has an Engineering degree from Mysore University
and a Fulbright fellow in Leadership management from Carnegie Mellon.
V. Balakrishnan, also known as “Bala”, is the Founder & Chairman of Exfinity Venture Partners,
a Venture Capital Fund focused on investing in the Deep Technology start-up companies. Bala plays an active
role in the start-up ecosystem in India mentoring and investing in several companies.
Mr. Balakrishnan has more than 30 years of experience in strategy, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He served as the
Chief Financial Officer of Infosys Ltd from 2006 to 2012 and as Secretary and Senior Vice President-Finance
of Infosys Ltd., from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Balakrishnan served as Chairman of the Board at Infosys BPO Limited
and Chairman of Infosys Lodestone. He also served as a full-time board member of Infosys Ltd. from 2011
Mr. Balakrishnan was the recipient of the "Best CFO" award from CNBC and Finance Asia. His educational background includes
a bachelor of science degree from the University of Madras and he is an Associate Member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and Institute of Company
Secretaries of India. Mr. Balakrishnan serves as the Chairman of MicroGraam which is a peer-to-peer lending
platform that empowers rural entrepreneurs. He is also the trustee of Akshaya Patra Foundation, a non-governmental
organization which provides midday meals to millions of children across India.
Dimitrios Angelis, has served as the Chief Executive Officer of OTI America Inc., the U.S.-based
subsidiary of On Track Innovations Ltd. (NASDAQ:OTIV) (“On Track Innovations”), a pioneer of cashless
payment technology, since December 2013. Mr. Angelis has served as a director of On Track Innovations
since December 2012, and served as its Chairman from April 2013 until February 2015. From October 2012
until December 2013, he has served as the General Counsel of Wockhardt Inc., a biologics and pharmaceutical
company. From October 2008 to October 2012, Mr. Angelis was a senior counsel at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories,
Ltd. (NYSE:RDY), a publicly traded pharmaceutical company, and during 2008 he was the Chief Legal Officer
and Corporate Secretary of Osteotech, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ:OSTE), a medical device company, with responsibility
for managing the patent portfolio of approximately 42 patents.
Prior to that, in addition to working with McKinsey & Company, Merrill Lynch and the Japanese government, Mr. Angelis has
worked in the pharmaceutical industry in various corporate, strategic and legal roles. He began his legal
career as a transactional associate with law firm Mayer Brown. Mr. Angelis holds a B.A. in Philosophy
and English from Boston College, an M.A. in Behavioural Science from California State University and Juris
Doctor from New York University School of Law.
