Brent, has been working in the business and technology field for over 23 years with a focus in large business system transformation projects for the last 17 years. He started his consulting career with Price Waterhouse in January of 1996 in the Management Consulting Services group.
He joined a small private firm named Rapidigm in January of 1998 to help build and ultimately lead a large multi-dimensional consulting practice. In late 2001, Brent became an equity partner in Rapidigm. In early 2003, Brent was promoted to the Managing Partner and General Manager role of the SAP Consulting Business Unit within Rapidigm consisting of just over 900 people globally and annual revenue of $120 million.
At the beginning of 2008, Brent and six other partners started Sparta Consulting. Sparta was formed as a valued added re-seller of SAP software and a focused implementation services and support partner of SAP solutions. At the end of 2009, Sparta became the SAP Strategic Business Unit of KPIT and under Brent’s leadership the business unit grew to over 1,600 people globally and annual revenue of over $125 million.
Brent graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analysis and Management Information Systems. He has completed executive education courses at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Barry brings more than 20 years of finance, corporate strategy and leadership experience to Ameri100. He previously held senior leadership roles at emerging growth companies primarily in the energy and energy trading sectors where he demonstrated leadership in fund raising, due diligence and acquisitions. He founded Platinum Energy Resources, an independent oil and gas exploration and production (“E&P”) company, in 2005 and as CEO guided the company through its IPO in 2007 and the subsequent acquisition of $115 million of E&P assets. Most recently, Barry was an advisor on capital markets and business development matters to LinKay Technologies and an advisor on data analytics and mergers and acquisitions strategy for a national skilled nursing facilities company. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Applied Mathematics/Management Science from MIT Sloan School of Management’s Operations Research Center.
Marvin SooHoo is an American business executive. He is the current SuccessFactors Cloud Leader and Executive Vice President of all Solutions at Ameri100. Prior to joining Ameri100 in March 2017 and becoming EVP, Mr. SooHoo has held various executive positions at other solution consulting firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rapidigm and one that he co-founded (Sparta Consulting) that later got acquired and became known as KPIT ( a 10,000 employee and $400M firm ).
In 2012, right after SAP acquired SuccessFactors for $3.5B, Mr. SooHoo "championed" the purchase of Learn2Perform which came to be one of the first of bringing "the old with the new" HCM platform services together. Mr. SooHoo is credited with spearheading KPIT's growth strategy by getting them into cloud computing and then bringing that same strategy here to Ameri100.
On January 29th, 2018, Mr. SooHoo was given the added responsibility as EVP of SAP Solutions at Ameri100 and plans to add higher margin work to all areas of Ameri100's offerings, including the HCM SuccessFactors area as well as focusing the company's efforts on cloud computing.
Mukesh Munka has over 16 years of SAP Implementation, Upgrade and Support experience in various positions. He has led several multimillion-dollar projects in North America, Europe, and Asia and is currently heading the Global Delivery for Ameri100. He has been instrumental in setting up the onsite/offsite/offshore model for implementation, upgrade and support projects teams in all areas of SAP. He has developed robust methodology, process and best practice templates to ensure the successful use of the SAP suite of products. Mukesh comes to Ameri100 from Sparta consulting Inc. (Now KPIT) where he was working as ERP practice Director managing most of their large engagements. He provided tremendous contribution to Sparta in growing the company to 125 million in 6 years (2008 – 2014). Prior to joining Sparta consulting, Mukesh was with Rapidigm Inc. (Now Fujitsu America).
Mukesh holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Monash University, Victoria Australia and a Bachelors Honors Degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India.

He has led large scale custom development implementations for Fortune 500 companies, developed enterprise-wide e-commerce strategies, and managed strategic alliances and partnerships in the creation of joint ventures. Martin currently holds a seat as Board Member for $70M VC firm Moneta Ventures based in
Folsom CA. He leads global marketing and corporate communications for Ameri100. Martin holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
Maria is an entrepreneur and technology consultant with over 15 years experience helping enterprises with their digital transformation in the area of SAP Analytics, Big Data, Predictive Analytics and other disruptive technology such as machine learning, artificial intelligence and blockchain.
Maria founded ATCG Solutions in 2011 and led the company through its acquisition by Ameritas Technologies in 2015. Maria stayed on with the company as EVP and was instrumental in helping ATCG Technology Solutions being acquired by Ameri100 in 2017 where she serves as EVP of Innovation and Technology.
Maria holds a BS in Business with a focus in Finance and IT from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she also currently serves as a member of the university industry board.

Kalyan is a digital savvy IT executive with a proven track record of aligning technology investments with business goals, and as a trusted advisor to business leaders helping enterprises build strategic roadmaps and execute large transformational digital and ERP programs.
