Job Details:

As a Junior IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with the recruiting team to contribute to the operations of the talent acquisition/recruiting process, approach, client/candidate engagement, and other, related strategies.

All candidates must be local to the DFW Metroplex.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain our internal applicant tracking database with current client and candidate information
• Collaborate with more senior-level recruiters/resource managers and supporting them in evaluating applicants through qualifications and job requirements
• Build applicant sources through researching and contacting sources and delivering a short list of qualified candidates
• Will learn that technical recruiting is a competitive business

The successful applicant will have:

• High energy and a winning attitude
• Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word and/or similar software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree or finishing a degree by the end of next semester
• Must be U.S. citizen or green card holder
