Giri Devanur, is a successful CEO who has raised seed capital, venture capital and Private Equity from global institutions. He has successfully executed multiple acquisitions, mergers and corporate investments. He has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry.
He founded WinHire in 2010, a company building innovative software products bringing together technology & human capital management expertise in the realm of HRM.
Mr. Devanur founded Ivega Corporation in 1997, which later merged with TCG in 2004, thus creating a 1000+ person focused differentiator in the IT consulting space.
He has a Masters degree in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mysore. He has attended Executive Education programs at MIT and Harvard Law School.
Jeff Eberwein, has 23 years of Wall Street experience and is the Founder and CEO of Lone Star Value Management, LLC, an investment firm. Prior to founding Lone Star Value in January 2013, Mr. Eberwein was a Portfolio Manager at Soros Fund Management from January 2009 to December 2011 and Viking Global Investors from March 2005 to September 2008.
Mr. Eberwein is Chairman of the Board of three public companies: Digirad Corporation, a medical imaging company, Crossroads Systems, Inc., a data storage company, and ATRM Holding, Inc., a modular building company. Mr. Eberwein also serves on the Board of Hudson Global, a global recruitment company where he chairs the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
Mr. Eberwein served on the Board of The Goldfield Corporation from May 2012 until May 2013, On Track Innovations from December 2012 until March 2014, and NTS, Inc. from December 2012 until its sale to a private equity firm was completed in June 2014. He has also served on the Board of Hope for New York, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to serving the poor in New York City from 2011 until 2014 where he was Treasurer and on the Executive Committee.
Mr. Eberwein earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BBA with High Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
Robert (Bob) Pearse, specializes in technology investments and consulting and currently serves as a Managing Partner at Yucatan Rock Ventures, a firm he co-founded in 2004. Mr. Pearse serves as a director for Aviat Networks, Inc (NASDAQ:AVNW) and is a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee since 2015. He serves as director for Novation Companies, Inc (OTC:NOVC) and is a member of Audit Committee and Compensation Committee since April 2015. He also serves as a Director for Crossroads Systems, Inc (NASDAQ:CRDS), Chairman of the Compensation Committee, and is a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee since 2013. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Pearse served as vice-president of Strategy and Market Development at NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTAP) (“NetApp”), a computer storage and data management company.
Mr. Pearse played an influential role leading the NetApp’s growth strategy which drove the firm to become a Fortune 500 company during his tenure. From 1987 to 2004, Mr. Pearse held leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, most recently as the vice-president of Strategy and Corporate Development from 2001 to 2004 focusing on business strategy, business development and acquisitions. His professional experience also includes positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN), and General Motors Company (NYSE:GM).
Mr. Pearse earned an MBA degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1986, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1982.
Dev Nidhi, is a seasoned technology entrepreneur who has over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry with a specialisation in Sales and Resource Management. He has built businesses from ground up and has successfully executed multiple acquisitions, mergers and corporate investments. He has managed the sales function by working closely with various Fortune 500 customers in the US and India to sell software solutions, support and staff augmentation related services.
He has successfully prospected and sold IT related service offerings to Bank of America, Pacific Stock exchange, Dresdner RCM, Wells Fargo, Union Bank of California and Bristol Myers Squibb.
Dev Nidhi co- founded Ivega Corporation in 1997, an international niche IT consulting company with special focus on financial services. Following this, he founded SaintLife Bio-pharma Pvt. Ltd., which was acquired by a Nasdaq listed company. Dev Nidhi has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Bangalore and has also attended a Certificate program in Strategic Sales Management at Chicago Business School.
Dr. Arthur (Art) M. Langer, Director, Center for Technology Management, Academic Director, Executive Master of Science in Technology Management Program at Columbia University.
Dr. Arthur M. Langer is the Associate Chair of Faculty Affairs, Support, and Development and Academic Director of the Executive Masters of Science in Technology Management at Columbia University. He serves on the faculty of the Department of Organization and Leadership at the Graduate School of Education (Teachers College). Dr. Langer is also an elected member of the Executive Committee of the Columbia University Faculty Senate.
Dr. Langer is the author of Strategic IT: Best Practices for Managers and Executives (2013 with Lyle Yorks), Guide to Software Development: Designing & Managing the Life Cycle (2012), Information Technology and Organizational Learning (2011), Analysis and Design of Information Systems (2007), Applied Ecommerce (2002), and The Art of Analysis (1997) and has numerous published articles and papers relating to service learning for underserved populations, IT organizational integration, mentoring and staff development. Dr. Langer consults with corporations and universities on information technology, staff development, management transformation, and curriculum development around the globe. Dr. Langer is also the Chairman and Founder of Workforce Opportunity Services, a non-profit social venture that provides scholarships and careers to underserved populations around the world.
Prior to joining the full-time faculty at Columbia University, Dr. Langer was the Executive Director of Computer Support Services at Coopers & Lybrand, General Manager and Partner of Software Plus, and President of Macco Software.
V. Balakrishnan, also known as “Bala”, is the Founder & Chairman of Exfinity Venture Partners, a Venture Capital Fund focused on investing in the Deep Technology start-up companies. Bala plays an active role in the start-up ecosystem in India mentoring and investing in several companies.
Mr. Balakrishnan has more than 30 years of experience in strategy, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Infosys Ltd from 2006 to 2012 and as Secretary and Senior Vice President-Finance of Infosys Ltd., from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Balakrishnan served as Chairman of the Board at Infosys BPO Limited and Chairman of Infosys Lodestone. He also served as a full-time board member of Infosys Ltd. from 2011 to 2013.
Mr. Balakrishnan was the recipient of the "Best CFO" award from CNBC and Finance Asia. His educational background includes a bachelor of science degree from the University of Madras and he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Balakrishnan serves as the Chairman of MicroGraam which is a peer-to-peer lending platform that empowers rural entrepreneurs. He is also the trustee of Akshaya Patra Foundation, a non-governmental organization which provides midday meals to millions of children across India.
Dimitrios Angelis, has served as the Chief Executive Officer of OTI America Inc., the U.S.-based subsidiary of On Track Innovations Ltd. (NASDAQ:OTIV) (“On Track Innovations”), a pioneer of cashless payment technology, since December 2013. Mr. Angelis has served as a director of On Track Innovations since December 2012, and served as its Chairman from April 2013 until February 2015. From October 2012 until December 2013, he has served as the General Counsel of Wockhardt Inc., a biologics and pharmaceutical company. From October 2008 to October 2012, Mr. Angelis was a senior counsel at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ltd. (NYSE:RDY), a publicly traded pharmaceutical company, and during 2008 he was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Osteotech, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ:OSTE), a medical device company, with responsibility for managing the patent portfolio of approximately 42 patents.
Prior to that, in addition to working with McKinsey & Company, Merrill Lynch and the Japanese government, Mr. Angelis has worked in the pharmaceutical industry in various corporate, strategic and legal roles. He began his legal career as a transactional associate with law firm Mayer Brown. Mr. Angelis holds a B.A. in Philosophy and English from Boston College, an M.A. in Behavioural Science from California State University and Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
A member of the Board of Directors since February 2018, Mr. Luci brings to Ameri100 extensive executive leadership in public and private companies and significant experience in business financings and acquisitions, having overseen over $180 million of equity raise over his career. Mr. Luci currently serves as Co-Founder, Managing Partner and a director of Acurx Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Mr. Luci received his B.S.B.A. from Bucknell University and his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. Luci is admitted to the New York bar and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant registered in Pennsylvania.
